You couldn't find it interesting because... it's slow paced and easy? I mean those are the only negatives points in your review, yet now you're implying that even without those points the game is still mediocre.

..... I don't see what your trying to get at with this. I wrote an honest review about what I thought about this game. I see no reason to play a game of prove me wrong about my own opinion on the game.

Yes, the easyness and how slow the game was, was one of my biggest complalints with this game. Those elements work great in some games, but Good Feel didn't make them work in this one.

but what's disturbing is it seems as  if you have no experience playing Yoshi games, they almost ALWAYS are somewhat slow paced and frankly pretty easy. I mean have you never played "Yoshi's Story" for the N64? its not a hard game.

a lot of what people enjoy about the series is that its colorful, light hearted, relaxing.

Again, you can't go into a Yoshi game expecting a challenging platformer that moves along quickly. That's just not what its set out to do. I get if you don't like the game, fair enough, but your comments make it seem like you haven't even played some of the former Yoshi installments. which makes it hard to take your evaluation particularly seriously

its not as if Nintendo went from having a particularly challenging Yoshi game on the SNES or N64 to suddenly a fluffy opposite type game. The few Yoshi games there are have been in fairly similar vain as one another

Reading as this is your 1st Yoshi game, if you can somehow play the last stage of Yoshi's Island, I would highly recommend that. It is a great final boss that was butchered in Wooly World and one of the more disappointing parts of the game.

Just wait for Yooka Laylee to get high scores from everybody despite the easy platforming, easy enemies, bosses and being more about collecting things and exploration than actual platforming.

I don't see any of those things as inherently bad.

great game imo for no reasons apart from being great!
7.8/10

Switch!!!

I got bored of this game. First I wanted to collect everything in each stage, then I decided to just run through it, then I decided to stop.

Yep. Not sure why so many are saying 8/10 for this one.

If someone asked me which platformer to get on the Wii U, this would be way below DKC-Tropical freeze, or Super Mario 3D World.

You mean same as critics around the planet? People and critics agree with this one, the game is good.

And that has nothing to do with the fact that TF or 3D world are better, those are close to masterpices of the genre.

Boring single player makes me a little worried. I don't play that often with friends anymore like I used to. I know I could probably smoke a lot of weed and I'm sure Yoshi would keep me entertained. Still picking the game up later when it drops to 20 new on Amazon or added to Selects.
