LOL What an exaggerated and literal translation. If you're Filipino you would know that he did not, in fact, curse President Obama. He said "Putangina" which is a curse word normally blurted out by Filipinos when they are frustrated, annoyed or when stressed. It is similar to "Damnit", "Goddamnit", "Sonofabitch" or saying "Fuck" in situations when one is stressed and the like. Duterte is known to be very vulgar and swears a lot.

"Putangina" literally translated is "Bitch mom" . "Putangina mo" is  "Your Mom is a bitch" or "You son of a bitch" which he did not say, so the article is pretty much inaccurate. Mediaplay and clickbait.
