My guess is cooling system because of the power. Jaguar and gpu getting too hot as they overdo the frequencies or use parts that use a lot of power even with normal frequencies.

about 0% on that one

they could write emulators for individual games, but finding an emulation solution for a majority of PS3 games is nigh impossible due to the unique cell architecture it used
