I enjoy hating it. Brings back memories of The Order 1886.

I suppose you posted the picture of the development team to incite sympathy and empathy.

Aww, those memories!

The game was oversold and Sean knew at a certain time that he made promises that he couldn't fulfill. And not telling the truth is lying, no matter how you want to put that. Their current silence is telling...

That doesn't mean people can't be satisfied with what they got but the hype was way too high for what the game turned out to actually be and that the expectations from many people were way too high because of how the game was shown.

Also, here is some compiled stuff for the game and its broken promises:

Edit: except for the framerate, holy shit. it's gotten so bad I made it a habit to look up to the sky when exploring on foot just because the framerate (and thus, the movement speed) goes up quite a bit. I mean, my PC is nothing to be proud of, but even as mediocre as it is, it definitely should be able to decently run this game at 720p at the lowest settings.

I play on PS4 and it works fine (two times the game frooze for me).

Have you tried what Hello Games recommends:   http://www.no-mans-sky.com/news/

(Essentially uppgrading drivers)

Quadruple post!

I have no idea what is happening. When I try to edit the original is copied as a separate post!

Having fun exploring and shit.  You haters can all suck a hot dog, idgaf.

A warrior keeps death on the mind from the moment of their first breath to the moment of their last.

I liked the game, i didn't take what Sean said out of context and i fell in love with the concept long before people started to spread misinformation about the game through over-hyping it because they didn't completely comprehend the fact that he said no, it's not a multiplayer game, people wouldn't be able to find each-other because the distance was to big it would be impossible, and people started to really take it out of context. I remember all the comments where i had to stand up to the original vision and who know? They will probably add more content through it later to fill it up, if you all imaged more from a team of 4 people who started it but the staff ended at 15, this game got a lot of content based on the overall size of the game and they need more time to add more depth to it, something i am sure they will figure out themselves

I like the game, hopefully in the future I'll be saying I love it when they change/add stuff. It's a shame the development has gone the way it has, too ambitious too early, gives me hope for the future though, with a lot of people showing interest in/buying the game this game and similar games may be able to learn/flourish as a result.

Right now I just want them to fix the crashing issues, I want to go on and boot it up, but I know I'll just get frustrated.

Don't ruin the moment
