So recently I have been playing Watch_Dogs on the ps4 and I don't see why everyone hated it. I love the game it's really fun, it's my favorite sandbox game I perfer it way over GTA. Did you guys like it?

I absolutely loved it. I was in the top 100 for fastest platinums aswell. Can't wait for the second. Liked the online too

Cause they showed something fap worthy in terms of graphics and when the game launched, it didn't look like that.



And I believe people thought the game overall was good but nothing great.

Not everyone hated Watch Dogs, but a lot of people despised the downgrade and others simply found the game boring.

Tastes, if anything.



My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

I loved it. I didn't buy it at launch but later picked it up when I saw it for £10. Thought the game will be rubbish but it was miles better than GTAV for me.

Hivemind of the internet mostly. Bandwagon hate. Same thing with the mega-downvoting of the COD IW trailer.

It was a solid game if a tad mediocre. The graphics downgrade was a bummer but graphics a good game does not make.

Meh, found the story and the characters bland and boring. Multiplayer wasn't anything special for me either. I did find the game play to be pretty fun though.

Edit: Keep in mind I did spend 60$ day 1 for it. Maybe for 10-20$ I would've liked it more. Just didn't feel like it was worth it for me.

not a bad game but it did not live up to my expectations, too much hype and promises.

 

plus, the pc version was a broken POS, still is but now I have a better pc, now I can play the game.

It never really appealed to me. Though 2 looks a lot better. I might give it a try.

Because it was just a GTA wannabe but way less fun, the story was specially bland, the main character felt generic and with no charisma, well the whole game felt generic tbh. On top of that graphics were far from what they promise (GTAV looks better and has better physics) and more important, the super innovative hack mechanics were lame as hell, a true joke.

The game is not terrible but is not remarkable at all, yet it was hyped as it was the first new gen masterpice when it wasn't even the best game of the month.
