Changes nothing for me. I'm gonna read a few reviews and see if i can filter whether the game is worth a shot.

I loved So3. I really enjoyed 1 and 2.

But So4... that was too much for me.

From what I'm seeing of people who like JRPG, they actually enjoyed it but it's a short game for JRPG standards.

Quite OT but didn't want to make a new thread just for it; where the hell is God Eater Resurrection? Supposed to be out today digitally but not available in any region, nor are there any reviews, launch trailers, etc. Am I missing something

Why the hell? Wasn't that only the PC version?

And it's also not available in US PSN though I guess maybe they haven't had their Tuesday update yet

That's too bad, but I'll remind folks that the critical consensus is sometimes right and sometimes way off the mark. I encourage those interested to give the game a try.

I mean... what were you expecting? It's not a triple A game.

It doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable though. Like... i'm sure that the technomancer is gonna have bad reviews, just like bound by flame before it. Doesn't stop me from loving the games.

My only gripe with Star ocean is that it reminds me of the modern take on the Tales series, and i have been burned by them way too many times now. So, i'm tending to avoid anymore Tales games and similar takes on it. But, it is unfair on SO, as i did enjoy SO4. The combat was super enjoyable, as was the world. Just some characters were meh.

I'm sure i will get this eventually. I even like that its short, if its fun while it lasts. Though i confess the battles with 7 people look chaotic.

The game flaws were very clear all along for me personally. The generic characters / party members, the empty world and so on. I have always thought this game was getting way too much hype from the fans for what it is. The game still seems fun to play. So all as expected. 60 on Meta right now.

Dunno, but GE2 is getting a physical release and i believe the first is a free download code with the pre-order. I wasn't even aware it was releasing before GE2.

SO3 was long but also had 2 large end of game dungeons, does this have end of game dungeons as well? I've not heard much about the game.
