That generation behind business is too much. I can see if we were talking about the Wii U vs PS4. THAT'S a generation behind. Cetainly not the Xbox One They're pretty much on the same level.

Opinion: I agree with this this :)

Can we stop with those "opinion" threads? Yes we got it, Play Station Four enthusiasts opinion's is that their console is a god like machine and their games are the best, Xbox enthusiasts thinks the same about the Xbox One... And well... there is Nintendo... In that case, it is not an opinion, they are just awesome :)

Not only that but it's a shitty, probably intentionally misleading GIF of Forza 6. Never looked like that on my TV while I played it :)

Yeah, whoever made that GIF cherry-picked once of the least pretty sections of track in Forza 6. Something else seems off too, makes me wonder if it was made with the PC version of Forza 6 on the lowest possible settings. Forza 6 looks great on XB1, obviously not on par with Driveclub, but there's a 30 fps gulf between the two.

My PS4 sits less than a foot away from my Xbox One.

If it makes people feel better to think the Xbox One is that much weaker, more power to them. Only thing I see is PS4's better resolution (which I honestly don't notice) and the higher frames per second.

Aside from that, it's really just personal preference. The Xbox One does some great things that ps4 doesn't but I wouldn't make the comparison. They're just focused on different things. In all honesty, based on experience, I'd say when it comes to PS4 vs Xbox One the two are closer in performance than NES vs Master System, SNES vs Genesis, or PS1 vs N64. The gap would be closer to PS2 vs original Xbox.
