To clear up the dropping "Xbox One" part I've expanded a little.

My experience is that Toys r us charge stupid prices for consoles. I don't think anybody buys a console from toys r us except parents who dont know better.

Nope not going to happen what is going to happen is what has been leaked already slimmer X1 this year (August maybe even earlier than that) and more powerful X1 next year.

I agree with the structure of your theory but it could be the other way around. We've had rumours of the XB1 OS being utilised on the PC and you can bet our life that if that happens MS will leverage that OS to claim ridiculously high sales of the XB1. You are likely to hear the word 'platform' used throughout the MS conference because of this.
