In my opinion, I don't think it's really a big deal unless the core gameplay was changed for some reason.

Um hey... guess what. NINTENDO DIDN'T DO THE LOCALIZATION. It was atlus who handled the entire thing so saying NOA did this is false information.

Damn, Nintendo, don't be scared of your demography growing up! There's nothing more safe and natural than a pair of boobs, even if they come from a demon!

Except the localization is handled by Atlus. Even so, I think they're targeting the game to have a T rating, so that would explain the censorship. 

Nintendo aren't localizing it.

I won't buy this game. I won't support NOA and their destruction of the are Japanese designers have created.

Nintendo of America is the worst company in this industry.
