That happens to every generation of every console manufacturer.Its natural, be it good or bad.And while I do get tired now and then with all the Nx rumours, I do also quite enjoy them.Its nice to keep speculating.

Aaayy, another fan of Archimedes? And I dont think they are, but I do think people believe in them too much.

Yeah, they are out of hand. For a while there, I found the frequency and volume of NX threads were becoming irritating.

What's crazy about rumors is that people actually defend that Sony can make a PS4 Neo using the new AMD Polaris gpu for $399 (that suppose to come out in October by the rumors). But Nintendo somehow can't use either the Polaris 10 or 11, because it's Nintendo... lol

Thats the number one reason I left vgchartz almost a year ago :) a lot of the same NX threats by the same person everyday.

One sad fact of life is that wanting something is usually better than having something.

Once you finally get the thing, you find out it's not as good as you though it would be.

While I agree with the video, the thing is that we can't hyde from those rumors and "leaks" because they're everywhere.

The way I see it, there are only three things we can do:

1-Try to avoid them. It's never going to work because soon they spread beyond the specific NX (or PS4K) rumor threads and invade everything.

2-Embrace them. That is, falling for it and believe them. It's not only the most thrilling option, but also the one that will bring you to your extremes, from hell to heaven and viceversa over and over again. The problem is that it's also the option that's most likely to make you disappointed when the real thing is revealed.

3-Have fun with it. Instead of avoiding them like a plague or embracing them, you just simply play with them, reading them and taking part in the discussions but always knowing that you can't take anything for real.

I always go wth the third option because it's the most enjoyable and informative option. Not only are you aware of what's been discussed, something that soon makes you notice quite easily how reliable a certain rumor is, but can also make fun of the "believer" ones by simply using some common sense. That always drive them nuts!
