Media is partly controlled in most countrys ,how much we do not always know but we cant fully discredit it because of that.

Media is 100% controlled in Russia.  In America there are definately private interests pulling strings at MSNBC and FOX, but those combined with CNN definately say attack the government constantly for things it does wrong.  (This is without getting into the piles of unregulated smaller US news sources like VICE, Bloomberg, newspaper sites, etc)

I won't completely discredit the source by saying it is without a doubt false, but I do have no reason to trust a source that constantly lies in favor of the grossly currupt government it helps prop up.
