I've been pretty negative recently involving other things, so I had to give myself a personal break. I feel more at ease now. Anyway a lot of my favorite series have either ended or are soon to end, so the struggle to find more manga continues!
Magi (ended):
The ending overall, felt a bit rushed for me. I guess I didn't really expect it to be so Shonen-y. Overall I enjoyed this series a lot and the final arc really gave Alibaba the development as a character/protagonist the manga desperately needed from him. Sinbad died, but evevryone is like "nah not really" and Drakkon returned to his human form. Wow does he look cool. The ending feels a bit rushed and open ended, but also very hopeful. I think that Magi was ging for something like that in the end and it somewhat succeeded. Again overall, I found the series amazing.
Jitsu Wa Watashsi Wa: I'm assuming a few chapters are left because the last few chapters have been amazing for the sake of closure of the series. All except for the latest chapter. It starts off with a somewhat poor pacing, explaining the time travelers need to return home because now that the future is irreversably changed, they can't stay there. They set out for their heartfealt farewells and head to their to try to change it themselves. Turns out the Super Pervert II was never Shio, like most thought and I always questioned considering the ninja girl's backstory with her. It was actually Cool Beyootee herself Yoko. A hilarious and somewhat sensible plot twist that I both liked and disliked considering the circumstances of her disapearence in the future. Nevertheless they reconnect her with future Asashi and they all live heavily ever after. They kind of ruin it all in the last panel by allowing Akane to cross time AND dimensions/realities, so the time travelers casually return. Honestly I could have done without it. It doesn't make me mad or anything but I feel like it really ruined the mood this chapter gave.
MHA (last week):
I more or less expected everything that is currently happening execept I didn't put Eri into account as a factor which can hopefully change the circumstances. Her quirk makes a lot of sense especially considering that the effects of erasing quirks was always wearing off until recently. ot quite sure how it affects death and whether or not Neomoto is alive now. Unfortunately I don't think she can reverse her reversal, so I think Togata is still in bad shape. Also watch Lumillion's cape rank in the popularity poll like Deku's shoes did. I honestly have no idea how this can turn out with Eri being a suprise factor to me, but I still think the L.O.V. is gonna take her. Although they may take a consolation prize and make a copy of her to go.
Uratarou (ended): now before I get into this.

I need to catch up on Utratarou. I was reading it a nice slow pace, but I let slip buy a bit too long. I'll probably wait until it hits 50 chapters though

In regards to Uratarou, I'll just say you'll get quite surprised the further you get into the series...

I knew I had this in the back of my mind for some reason.
I'm kind of lost here to be quite honest. It started off amazingly but then halfway through there were some clear weirdness that created complications for the series that I noticed. The old man being a demon the entire time was a pretty good plot twist. In any case, the post timeskip was when things really went downhill with no real reason why. The Empress and Noritsune were nowhere to be found despite being very broken characters. Wolf boy is no longer there nor is mysterious musician swordsman-man despite the latter being tied to the plot. Chiyo becomes the corpse parts of Jo Jo and it becomes a bizzare adventure in retrieving them. Her brother was also alive... yay? The whole death rejection thing was funny though. Uratarou had a lot of potential to change postively as a character but never really does that in either personality or physical ability. He became too much of a Shonen character, especially with his attack name. The very end was ok, by then I had made my peace that it was ending and Uratarou at least had a better resolution as a character by the very end. I wish that the series had a lot more time to flesh itself out, but overall I'd say I enjoyed it enough. It just felt that by the end especially it was a rush job like it was cancelled or something.
