I would start a game studio and a game college. Instead of having normal sports teams, it will have Esports teams (Specifically CS, LOL, DOTA2, Smash, and Street Fighter).

This would be stationed in my hometown in the center of a downtown shopping district which would be surrounded on all sides by affordable apartments and dormitories. I would talk to city hall about getting tax incentives for game developers in the city limits, furthering the game culture there. To top it all off, the school itself would be affordable- no more than $200 a class, and books would be with rental deposits from the library (this way you can get you money back on the book as long as you didn't use it as a coaster).

In other words, I would create a ton of jobs and opportunities for people while invigorating a small town.
