I think that they've Undertracked Playstation 4's WorldWide Sales, this isn't fault of the VGChartz, is a lot hard to get the Data from USA, UK, and is Even Harder to get Worldwide data, Hopefully Microsoft, will announce their Sale numbers in April, or March, and we will Finally Know How good Xbox One is Doing.

i expect that Playstation 4, will Reach 45+ Millions in Uncharted 4's day of Launch , because of the Pre-orders, and Because Playstation 4, already sell more than 1 Million Per Month.

PS4 manages 2 weeks running over 1 million, and 3 one million weeks for the holiday period. PS3 never achieved that.

There's a chance PS4 reaches 36 million LTD in the final week of 2015, It needs to end on 35.88 million to reach 17 million for the year. That means the final week needs to be 550K. Not sure it will hit that.

Can someone please explain to me the sales of the PSvita in Europe? I mean, 72,199 in a single week? For a handheld that is selling 20,723 in north america, i found this very strange..

2013 was really the final console gameing era for me. ive been roo busy and only bought few handful of titles....

2016 could swing me back to console gaming with the games coming out, i dunno im 39 now i find myself busy in other things lol



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

I'd agree with you there, I hope the Wii U gets a second wind of sales in 2016.

Zelda and the inevitable pricecut will cover that. The other games will help too.

Honestly with Pokken, Star Fox and Zelda U hitting 2016, plus smaller games like Twilight Princess HD, SMT x FE and Mario & Sonic, and unnannounced titles, I feel like 2016 could potentially do better than 2015. Especially if we get a mainline Animal Crossing. If that is confirmed, 2016 will definitely be its peak year. 

 

That would be amazing, but I don't see AC releasing on Wii U and I think most Zelda fans already bought the Wii U. So... I don't know, maybe 2016 can come close to 2015 tho, which would be amazing.
