Yeah, that is a lil funny, haha... Reminds me of when devices with flappy bird went up when the creator took the game down from stores.

Personally, Bloodborne. I played it at launch, thought it was good/had a good time. REcently replayed it and realized just how barebones it is compared to the Souls games, which it is obviously based on. Boring color palette (next-gen and still we have games with awful color palettes), lackluster/similar bosses, short, boring pvp, poor build variety, etc. Made me regret ever buying my ps4.

Hi

MGS5 was my biggest disappointment of the year. I fell for the hype (I haven't really liked any MG game).

My biggest surprise though is Rise of the Tomb Raider. I didn't expect it to be so good across the board.

PlayStation Plus for PS4 by far! I remember a year ago when everyone was saying how it's too early to expect anything from the service but we're now 2 years in and it's not gotten any better. Sony's chosen to stick only play under PS+ and in turn bombard us with mediocre/crappy Indy games. The discounts are meager and the game offerings are awful. Aside from Injustice: Gods Among Us, Dust, and Super Mega Baseball there isn't a single "free" game that I have still installed in my console. Each month we're served with some sort of experimental hodgepodge and more pixel-art crap. Like I spent $400 on a next-gen console to stare at 8-bit sh!t. It's not so much the 8-bit(ness) that bothers me so much as none of the games are good games. I'm hoping PS+ will get better eventually but right now it's total crap!

:-O What about Rocket League?

I still have that one installed. My son plays it. It's OK, but nothing I'm into.

PC GAMING: BEST GAMES. WORST CONTROLS

A mouse & keyboard are made for sending email and typing internet badassery. Not for playing video games!!!

MGSV almost made me cry. That game is not Metal Gear. Biggest disappointment probably ever, for me.

I don't get games I'm not interested in, but the biggest disappointment for me is FE 14 being split into 2 games in the West.

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

When visual novels finally got some attention in the west, I decided to go to reddit and see what was all the hype in terms of visual novels. Saw Kekopara everywhere and thought maybe it wasn't as bad as it looked, actually it could only be fine if so many people were all over it.
It was terrible. Expected an OK-ish game and managed to be disappointed.
Was still a great year overall tho.

Tie between witcher 3 and MGS V.

For me? Metal Gear Solid V.

Project cars. After all the praise it had gotten on the pc it was just an average racer full of bugs and controller support as an after thought. And this whole tracks over number of cars (which I'm all for), still has less tracks than gt6.
