Forums - Nintendo Discussion - I'm waiting for Zelda: Skyward Sword HD because we deserve PROPER CONTROLS.

I'm the opposite. I loved the motion controls in Skyward Sword

The motion controls aren't that bad...

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

The motion controls worked beautifully for me; they provided a level of immersion that tapping a button cannot replicate, and they required more skill and dexterity as well.
Simple actions like firing an arrow, bowling a bomb, or swinging a sword became fun in and of themselves.

I love that I can tell who authored the thread before I click on it.

You again? On the same topic?

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I hope they add Skyward Sword controls to TPHD.

I had a lot of fun with Skyward Sword's motion controls.

You hate motion controls but are waiting for skyward sword hd with motion controls? Am I missing something?

Agree that the motion controls ruined the game but disagree with the remake. So tired of remakes. If I want to play old games, I will buy the original and play it on it's original hardware. If it was a bad game, let it remain a bad game. If it looked jaggy, let it remain jaggy.

I want new stories, new worlds, new games from NEW consoles. But sadly, I think I'm in the minority.

Considering you claim that Tropical Freeze made you rage so hard you smashed the disc, I'm gonna hazard a guess that the controls are not the problem here.

hahahaha that's great.

On topic, I never had an issue with the controls; I actually really enjoyed them as a one-time type of experiment thing. But I am open to new things, so idk, I guess some people aren't as open to new control schemes.
