You do realise theres counter arguments all over the internet, i could find scientific research that counters what you have just said, if you think what you consume has no affect on your body your an idiot, fruits like nuts and seeds are part of our natural diet, you probably think drinking milk from an entirley different species of animal is normal to!!! Im a Vegetarian going Vegan, ive never felt better or had so much energy as i do now, ive also stopped ageing, if it aint natural i dont consume it.

I was a  vegetarian for 5 months and manage to lose 15 pounds (140lbs to 125lbs) without doing exercise.  Meat definitely has some effect in people weight and health.  I stopped being vegetarian due to personal reasons and gained back all the weight lost so I see your point.  Not only I gained back the weight lost but my energy level isnt the same.

Wrong. You just ate less calories than you expended. Simple as that. You gained weight because you ate more.

So why aren't more people dead by cancer?

Because they die of stroke and heart attack first.

Jokes, aside, not sure if I can take this serious. I feel like cancer is in inevitability. Cancer could probably be caused by alot of things... a big diet of red meat it probably not good anyways.

Cancer is caused by a lot of things because LOTS of diseases are gathered under the generic name "cancer" ...

except that's not necessarily true in my case if we consider that the only thing that I change in my diet was eating meat.  Vegetarian isn't synonymus of eating vegetables only.   I still ate pancakes, ice cream and all other stuff when I needed to.  and no, I didn't gain weight because I ate more, I basically ate the same proportion and still do.  I'm a skinny guy and always have been so I didn't stop eating meat to lose weight, that just came naturally.  I also said meat has some effect in weight and health in people and not the sole reason of being fat.

Edit: for the record, I'm not saying you can't lose weight by reducing your calories, of course you can but what I meant by not necessarily true is that I didn't suffer hunger or was in a strict diet to lose weight.  I did however stop buying food that contain MSG which is a chemical injected in mice by doctor to study obesity and 90% of the food in the supermarket contain that chemical so yeah, meat wasn't the only change I did now that I think about it.

by the way, those who are interested in eating healthy, I really recommend the documentary "hungry for change" on netflix. It really put a lot of things in perspective.
