I always see people criticizing Nintendo for their business practices. What about Sony and Microsoft? What do you criticize about them?

Edit: No criticizing others people's opinion.

Nintendo for lack of third party games and crappy online network.

Sony for average online network and no good appealing first party games.

And Microsoft xbox one for being too damn good and taking up my time.

Sony sucks with handhelds and MS doesn't know how to promote Forza in Europe.

We just had a thread critisizing Sony's advertising for their water-proof phone.

Consoles, notsmartphones. Everyone knows that Sony smarthpones have lots of problems.

Doesn't Sony get crap for the PlayStation Network crashing more times than necessary.

And aside from the DRM fiasco from the Xbox One reveal, and a severe lacking of 1st party content, although to their credit, they've been improving on that this generation, I don't think I've ever seen any criticisms towards Microsoft.

Edit: Oh yeah, I just remembered the Kinect.

Double Edit: And the job they've done with Rare ever since they bought them from Nintendo.
But they've fixed all those problems...
Man, Phil Spencer has just been killing it since he became CEO of the Xbox Brand.

Well, to be honest Microsoft gets a ton of backlash in this page for everything they do, even when is something positive.

Yeah...I think everybody usually gets crap when they deserve it, and everybody sometimes gets it when they don't. No real victim here.

Well people aren't gonna fabricate criticisms.  What horrible business practices has Sony used with the PS4?
