Hydrocity from Sonic 3 & Knuckles is my favorite water level. It's very fun and the music is simply amazing! Specially the Act 2 music!

My favorite water levels are those that doesn't put the reservoir in water rationing.

OT: maybe Dire Dire Docks.

I didnt like Jolly Rodger Bay at first (though thinking about it, I totally do now)

But Dire Dire Docks was, surprisingly less Dire than most Water Levels.

Well in all seriousness, I'm probably one of few who liked Aquas from Star Fox 64.
