I almost never buy games day 1, but I think I'll make an exception for Star Fox Zero.

This guy gets it.

So many damn years have passed since the last good Star Fox game that I just don't feel like waiting. I just want to play it already! :/

I got Yoshi Wolly World already pre-order with the yarn amiibo. Not sure yet if I'm going to cancel that pre-order. But I will certainly be getting Xenoblade day one.

Mario maker is a $40 game priced at $60 so it's a no go. I really want to like Star fox but the Upscaled Wii graphics and no multiplayer makes it hard to convience myself to get the game. But all could change if the next trailer shows graphics that don't hurt your eyes and a complete online experience. Tennis is laughable, amiibo party is even more of a joke, but who knows, I find a cheap card and maybe try it out since it's rumored to have online play. And I'll get Devil's third at some point, but at reduced price. no upcoming 3DS game interest me.

Game that will come with 60 levels, game that is basically all previous Mario 2D games in one game, and game that allows you to make or download levels that other people made, is a $40 game!? OK then.

It's almost certain that Star Fox will have local multiplayer (one player controlling vehicles, other aiming and shooting with gamepad) and that will not have online playing.

Xenoblade for sure.

Sorry that I don't consider a level editor to be a game worth $60. On the levels, they are basicly going to be a bunch of levels that are of lower quality of the real games. They will be fun, but I don't put huge value of in them.... sorry.

as you saw what I said. i want an online experience. don't care about the local op or even want that to be online option. I want online modes like 32 player dog fights and epic things like that.... Time to hate me even more when I say that this game is a $40 eshop title with out online, especially with those budget graphics they showed.... sorry again.

I dont think its really matter if game is $60 level editor if give you whole experience and even more content than NSMB for instance.

You dont need to say sorry about Star Fox, I just told what you can expect from game, only local multiplayer and no online playing.

Funny, you consider almost every Nintendo game for $40 Eshop game only, you even wrote that Splatoon needs to be $20 Eshop only game. :)

i have never wrote that once. I have said in the past that I though Splatoon should have been $50 to match the range of price the other regions though. But I have never said that.

But I do look  at the value of games and what I would pay for them. when i see MM I see a well made level designer that has some courses included, but they are no where near the probable quality of a regular Mario game. But I see only $40 worth of value in it. But see $50 as a fair price.

When i see Star Fox. My feeling is probably not a terribly long single player and with it already comfirmed to have no online at this point.... Where is the value. It's certainly not in the graphics. I see really as a title in the same vein of Captain Toad and Kirby: RC.

Then I replaced you with someone..

We don't know quality of courses that come with game, but point with Mario Maker is that you will have online regular quality Mario levels too, so basically with online downloadable levels and editor you will have infinity content. Not to mention different art styles so its like you have all previous Mario 2D game in just one game. I think all that gives much higher value to game than NSMBU for instance.

We really don't know how long is singly player for Star Fox, $59 price make me believe that game have much more content that anybody thought. You mentioned Captain Toad and Kirby: RC, but those game have $39 price point and Star Fox have $59, so there is certainly more staffs in game then we think. I see value in content of a game or in game replayability, I don't see graphic like value for any game, especially if game is short, without content and replayability.

Star Fox Zero graphics are not best WIi U graphics but certainly not worst, we already know there will be replayability (you can play same levels with different vehicles or pursuing better score), now we just need to know about content (we saw only 3 levels). And most important thing, game is looking very fun.
