Anyone who is upset about this is falls into two categories:
1. People who are playing that "unbiased" card and secretly want the game to get bad reviews
2. People who don't realize how outdated and stale the combat would feel for the current market

The current market would see the old combat style like a CoD player would see the old goldeneye. Solid, sure, but outdone by even the indie level software.

Sure, the whole game itself wasn't very good so the more changes the better (unless they are for worst)

It would be very outdated and just not plausible for them retain the same old battle system from the original ps1 ff7. This isn't surprising. It's called a remake for a reason.

Yeah still FFX-2 gets praised for its combat system. Oh did market reject FFX/X-2 hd remaster completely? Yeah cannot buy deck of cards nowhere, shit is outdated

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.
