The way he says it I think it's the variance of each country market share rather than the global one, but overall value should be close to that I suppose. The 90+ values are probably for countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, etc

Not surprising, to be honest. Europe has always had a soft spot for Playstation.

I believe this. Most of Europe is very PS-centric. The only things non-PS that can compete in general are the Nintendo handhelds. And even then, during the PSP era, some countries had more PSPs than DS, and the Vita is doing fairly well in some countries.

That is more than I expected. Playstation was always strong here in europe, but this is incredible. The 360 had a better position than the X1. This is like Ps2 generation again.

I'm fairly certain Croatia is in 90%+ category. The other two companies don't even bother to compete here, there are half a dozen stores at most in the entire country that even offer anything XBox or Nintendo related.
Meanwhile, PS4 is everywhere.
PlayStation here is a synonim for consoles, as in "What is XBox?" "Oh, it's a Playstation, only made by Microsoft".
