Nah we need more NX threads so it sinks in Nintendos head how disappointing Wii U is. Only then they can truly be innovative.

I know we are not getting the sales numbers from VGC, but we can't be so bored that the best thing to talk about is a mix of bad leaks, metroid frustation and doom. Nintendo has said its their next system. So it is the Wii u successor. It is pretty much coming next year probably in the fall. It will be close to par to ps4/X1 power wise seeing as Nintendo is talking to third party and not even games that are possible to port aren't coming to the Wii u. Meaning they are putting resources on NX. Seeing they launched the new 3ds last and this year the system is pretty much going to be a console. And Nintendo showed no main games for Wii u or 3ds other than the ones we know about. The new games they showed are b to c efforts at best. So you know Nintendo is pretty a lot into the NX.
So stop trying to pretend Nintendo is not moving on from the Wii u. They are barely at 10 million almost three years in the cycle. The only thing that is weird now is Nintendo not dropping the price of Wii u. Seeing how the controller never really took off, most games barely use it, and the system is relying less on the touch screen they may just put a pro and Wiimote in the system and sell it without the touch controller. And they may finally sell them separately later this year. That seems the only way they can at least leave in the black for Wii u instead of red going into NX.
But yeah this is just all in my head. Since least week did not happen.
We know more than enough about it to have intelligent conversation about it. May the threads continue.

I agree. I mean, speculation is kind of fun, and I don't mind "I wonder what the NX will be like" topics, but "THE NX WILL FAIL" or "THE NX WILL DEFINITELY COME WITH A SHOE SHINE FUNCTION" topics are ridiculous.

Aye this, if there was just one topic stickied for NX predictions it wouldn't be so bad, but now there is 50-100 topics all with maybe half a line of interesting "info" or prediction and the same 30 replies of "THAT WONT HAPPEN BECAUSE X/Y" tis boring as sin to read over.

I agree with zero of this, good job.
Sorry that I find what Nintendo does to be far more interesting than what the other two do because they are game changers and dont just enhance graphics.
Also, yes. NX threads stink, because many people take thier idea of the NX and use it as facts they base the threads on.

Why do people like to tell nintendo fans they think the Wii U is a failure. I blame E3, since right before E3 everyone was going on about how great things were. And that 3 year number is ridiculous when we know Zelda and the next 3D mario are still on the way
