They deserve every single bit of the flak they have been getting, and then some. I hope nobody who witnessed that abomination settles for buying the game at anything more than 1/4 the price once it releases again. PC owners: if this upsets you, you make damn sure that they know it.

But what if the game itself is fun? The story is pretty good too.

I'm sure the game is fun with a good story; the previous Rocksteady developed Arkham games were quite good. But nobody should excuse the state of that port. A relationship between a seller and a buyer does not have to be such a close one as to excuse a terrible presentation. If a car salesman sold me a car that had 800 hp but I bought it and it only went 10 mph then I know for sure that I would return that car quite angry.

I'm thinking it's too late - this game will be massively pirated as 'feedback' for them releasing such a bad port.

I don't think it really matters. A vast majority of their profits comes from consoles. Most people won't buy it on PC until its $5 on Steam or in a humble bundle.

They will win back some PC fans after fixing the game. The PC fans that choose to stay angry, fuck 'em. Most are pirates anyway.

I would just honestly pirate it now even if they do release a fixed version soon. If a company decides that I'm a second grade consumer than I'm going to treat them like a second grade seller.

I don't get it. What are the problems of the game on PC? Game locked at 30FPS and a bit of graphical downgrades? Am I missing something here? Because as far as I could see, the game still ran pretty good on PC. No bugs or glitches galore. I know it's important to ask what you paid for, but this is taking it too far.

Hopefully other publishers pursuing a simultaneous console/PC release will keep this whole thing in mind when it comes to the question of 'Should I Release it Broken, Or Wait To Fix It? 'Delayed' is a dirty word that gets tossed around a lot, but by the look of things, they've have been far better off just delaying the PC version until they could get to the bottom of these issues and patch them up properly. Sure, there would have been a bit of grumbling about it, especially given the console versions seem pretty polished and could have released on schedule, but waiting longer than console gamers is still vastly preferable to how things've turned out. o.O

So glad I haven't bought this.

"We take these issues very seriously". The more I read this phrase coming from publishers the more furious I get.

No you don't fucking take it seriously. That's why you released a broken piece of shit in the first place.
