Just about done, fuck off Microsoft, they was no need to close Lionhead or Press Play, Lionhead is a stupid closure, if they have a problem just hire new people and move onto something new, Press Play doesn't deserve to be treated like shit either, Lionhead fair enough took forever to get one game out xD but Press Play was moving fine. Microsoft loses another two studios as well. |

Sucks about Press Play, I was looking forward to Project Knoxville.
That's sad new for the employees and those waiting for Fable Legends. But I would also note that we don't really know what was going on with those studios and situations that led to them being shut down.
I understand cancelling Project Knoxville but why cancel Fable Legends? It was almost finished. Just release it and see how it performs.
Rare could be in trouble they are a pretty large studio that has not made a big game in a long time IMO Sea of Thieves success could make them or break them.
So what do you think will happen to the Fable franchise now? They give it to a new studio and make Fable IV or we never see a new fable again?

Yea I think Liongead just dug their own grave, FL has taken so long to develop and there's next to none interest in it, it was very likely to be dead on arrival. I haven't been paying attention to Press Play at all.
I also dislike Satya, he seems ruthless as you said. Phil on the other hand I still have faith in 😏 but that is because I want to be optimistic because we still don't know where they are going with all this and so far I'm more than pleased with Xbox. I would be lying though if I said I wasn't worried at all..
wasn't casey Hudson the guy responsible for the ending of mass effect 3? If so, he should stay as far away from Xbox games as possible 😁

Fairly sure Fable will be buried now and we have zero chance of seeing Fable 4.
Also they had been developing a new non Fable IP since 2014 wonder what happened to that as I was expecting them to announce it at this years E3.
