No, you are just being an oracle here. Sure, splatoon it's been selling at good pace every week since release but that doesn't mean it has the push of Mario to sell A LOT for many years. But that's not because Splatoon, that's because Wii U.

For the first year of sales? Splatoon has way better legs than Mario Kart, and nobody can say is not. and that's FACT.

NOT A FACT: I already said my prediction, Splatoon will sell 4-5 million, and Mario Kart will sell double.

If by better legs you mean the first months or first year, yes you are right. Mario kart 8 is also on wii u so it is because of splatoon

Wow I wish I was at this thread from the beginning haha. Anyway I am impressed with the legs of this game. I hope it outsells mario kart 8. This will show Nintendo how important it is to make new 1st party franchises. This is something they desperately need to do.

Well, that was fun starting from the beginning. Who would have thought a game like Splatoon would pass something like Titanfall, within the year Splatoon was released even? Practically no one but a few. GG Ryng~
