Men can always concecieve. Women cannot beyond a certain age for health reasons. To ensure a genetically healthy child as possible. Just one of nature's safeguard. Has nothing to do with form. The argument is centered on basic form between biological male and female. Age is an external factor and subject to a while other debate about child-marriages, etc.

A couple where the woman was passed menopause or a younger couple with one of the many naturally occurring conditions that can cause infertility have no more practical reproductive capability than a gay couple. If the "basic form" between male and female is based on biological reproduction, then infertile straight couples and elderly straight couples do not qualify and shouldn't be allowed to marry. If they do qualify, then that means that the capacity for biological reproduction is not required for marriage.
