They also say ~20mil for PS4 while we got 20.2mil confirmed in early March.

May is still up for grabs IMO. It depends how much the Batman bundle continues to affect pre-June sales. There's also the fact that PS4 is reaching a saturation point at the current price. The number of people who are willing to buy PS4 at $399 and haven't yet bought PS4 is decreasing. It will not be able to sustain market leading sales in the USA without a price cut soon. Sony says its focus is mainly in increasing install base, and that suggests price cut sooner than later.
I would like to see a cut to $329. It would have a much bigger effect than a $50 cut, and it would also allow PS4 to cut 2 years running with putting the price down to $299 in 2016. And it gives Sony room to do special deals for Black Friday and the holidays.

They'll be going on most recent sell through PR from Sony which was 20.3 million or thereabouts. And for Xb one they are probably basing the estimate on LTD approximations coming from MS's shipment figures, or maybe VGC not realising that VGC has no April sales data.
