My first choice is to be born in the continental US so I'd have better chances to explore America and soak in its culture and history.

But PR is already part of the US so... I'd choose Switzerland or Spain. The first because it has some gorgeous scenic views, while the culture of the latter is rich and very much alive, and it's a country who prides itself in the cooking.
