PS4 has received an official price cut in the Middle East. It’s official price in KSA has been slashed from 1,899 SR ($500) to 1.649 SR ($440). You can take a look at the rest of the region prices below.

• KSA: 1,649 SR
• UAE: 1,599 AED
• Kuwait: 124.90 Dinar
• Bahrain: 164.90 Dinar
• Oman: 169 Riyal
• Qatar: 1,599 Riyal

Wonder if sales were slowing down, wouldn't be a surprise when the PS4 broke fastest selling records in multiple countries.

In Kuwait, a lot of local stores in complex selling 119 KD(Region Asia) more or less & 122 KD(Region US) more & less. They're resellers by the way, mark my word.

Someone made an interesting point, if Sony is planning to price cut the ps4 in U.S.A, then why was the batman bundle announced so early at it's price point.
If the price drops, I'll go get one asap. Don't care for any of the games in the bundles, and i have plenty of Plus games waiting to be downloaded.

Smart move. I hear gaming is on the rise in the Middle East.

I wish i could explain, but terribly embarressing & offensive.

It was announced on Playstation Middle East Facebook page since yesterday. It's a 300 ryal pricecut  (almost 85 us dollars) that's a huge one. The middle east is already pro sony since the ps1 days so that's awesome for anyone who didn't have one yet. Now, if only they can reduce the price of the games because 299 ryal (84-85 dollars) is a rip off for just a regular edition of a game. Oh, and having limited/collector's edition across the middle east and not only UAE. 

That's problem. :(

Yeah. I think they are trying to make up for the lost sales due to the pirated copies back in th ps1/ps2 days XD
