All my friends had one as well. It was great fun playing games like Halo, Gears, CoD, GTA IV online with your friends, then discussing it at school the next day. Good times.

2. SEGA Mega Drive.

Great console. Not quite as good as the allmighty SNES but the fact that it could compete speaks of it's worth. I also like comparing multiplats between the 2 systems to see which version is better.

3. PS2

My favorite console of the gen will always be GC. I love the controller, it's graphics were great and it had some of my all time favorite games which have aged very well in my opinion (as in I think they're as great as the day they were released). PS2 however as we all knows sold an insane amount of units. While my preference goes to the GC, it's game catalogue was small compared to the enormous amount of games released on PS2 due to it's succes. Unique games like Shadow of the Collosus as well as RPGs like Suidoken, Dragon Quest and Kingdom Hearts make me love the system. Also, I admit to having had a lot of fun playing Buzz with my family.

4. PSP

Great handheld with excellent exclusive games. Tekken, Loco Roco, Patapon and God of War are my favorite games on the system.

5. PS1

Especially have fond memories on playing Tony Hawk Pro Skater, which introduced me not only to the franchise but also to a great deal of awesome rock music.
