As long as there is no singeplayer then it is a big fat NO

Higher sales, lower percentage attach rate will probably be the case.
PS4 will probably have lower attach rate due to recognition of this game to Xbox, probable marketting deal and PS4 owners having a more broad taste.

No, I am talking about worldwide.
I also agree that the PS4 will likely sell more (only slightly) but will have a higher attach rate than the Xbox One version.
