Given duplicate threads are against the rules, it's customary to check the recent threads to make sure you're not making one to discuss a topic already being discussed in another active thread... or dozens of other active threads, in this case.

I feel like the mods should start cracking down on this kind of thing. The rules specifically state, "threads may be consolidated if they are not sufficiently distinct from other active threads." Whenever something stupid happens we get bombarded with threads all saying the same thing with slightly different titles or phrasing, but I think many are not "sufficiently distinct."

Woah woah, guy, I think you`re jumping the gun there. They announced the NX simply to put to rest any doubt that they will leave the industry and become mobile focus (which has backfired apparent from a few days on the site), and Zelda U has been delayed to give more development time to it to make it a better game. Whether it will be cross gen or even next gen, it may be possible, but I doubt that myself. Other games have been delayed to do the same thing, and I don`t see why Zelda can`t be the same without being accused of being a next gen game. And games are still coming from Nintendo. They`re not killing it off, unless they say so. And they`re not going to switch their handheld games to smartphones. They`re treating that differently from the portable games. I think you need to check a bit more on the info that`s come out regarding these topics.

I'm not even a "nintendo faithful" and I think you're talking out of your ass to stir up the pot and get a rise out of Nintendo fans, as your threads generally seem to follow that profile, of "getting a rise" out of people, you paint them as "strong opinions" but in reality you just come across as a very transparent troll, as underlined several times by the third poll option of "Nintendo can do no. wrong."
