Yes the same areas as the main game you get access to about 1/3 of areas of the main game.  Just did the X1 version today you can get all the achievements for it and pretty much do everything in the game in about three hours.  The X1 version also has online free roam mode so at least it has somewhat of a replay value after you done with it.  As for the cars in it I'm guessing we will see them in Forza 6 and the 3rd Horizon.

A little disappointing as I was hoping for a new area for FH2 owners and the cars accessible in the game aswell but I can't complain about free stuff.

Well the F&F cars are now available in the main game with this month F&F car pack and since the in game promo to photograph all cars has now a goal of 300 cars and currently there are 293 cars (traffic cars and usable cars) there will be more DLC cars in the near future.
