No9, in terms of GOAT lists which reflect quality over long periods of time. OOT has the most GOAT disctinctions of any game.

I'd like to see a source on that instead of just claiming it to be true because of your personal experience in reading GOAT lists. Yes, OoT has gotten a lot of GOAT distinctions, but I've legitimately seen LttP, FFVI, and even Portal come out on top a bunch of times each, LttP very close to if not completely tying OoT.

This is the same scenario, dont try to compare two different periods in time, ocarina of time with today resources will stayed amazing and will stayed at number 1

Ocarina of time was a lucky game who was only reviewed by 22 reviewers, metacritic is also owned by gamespot who is american centric. I am pretty sure if you take all site from all countries in the internet you will see a different result.
And you would defentiatly see a different result if you put magazines into the score as well. Those 22 reviews are sites not magazines, most people didnt have internet when this game came out.

OoT was the most critically acclaimed game of its time when it released, so no, it didn't get lucky. The transition from 2D to 3D gaming was huge and OoT pulled it of better than any other franchise during that particular generation. Almost every magazine gave this game a 10/10, no matter what country they were in.

Unless there will be an even bigger transition in the future of gaming it's hard to see this game being surpassed.

As for my personal opinion, Majora's Mask, ALBW and TP are better. But they didn't take that first crucial step into 3D, OoT did.
