Lol...I had accidental kills for two hunters (Djura, the machine gun guy and an another hunter with saw blade & blunderbuss) in Old Yharnam. The 2nd hunter with saw blade and blunderbuss kept following me as I was descending ladder through the gate below the Djura's tower. Apparently I being in his way...he slips from the ladder and falls.
I killed the gatling guy after I was already dead...
Tried to shoot him off/and hit him off but he was so lucky that my stamina was to low or had no ammo anymore

I had taken down vicar amelia before the blood starved beast. I suggest levelling up till 36( strength 30 and skill 14) and hunter axe +2 fortfication would make the boss fight easier. The only way to distract is by throwing pungent blood cocktails at the starving beast in the initial phase so that you can land some two-hand heavy (l2) attacks. Also keep antidotes as quick items just incase dodging failed and you were hit several times while he shifts into poisoning beast.

I did beat him yesterday, he was easier when I lured him around the altar so he can't get away when I attacked him. I was at level 42 or 43 with the axe +3. That axe is awesome btw.
Question: I accidentally sold my favorite Hunter Garb (with the small black cape) at the store and I can't buy it back. Is that particular item gone from my playthrough for good? I'm level 50 and on the Fobidden Forest btw....

Whatever works!
For anyone that needs it... I found a map of all the locations and how to unlock them. It's a barebones map so it just shows the locations and where you can go from them.
It's pretty useful so here it goes: http://i.imgur.com/3gOn1HY.png

Description: Assorted shining coins that might help guide one's way.
What actual description should read: Trail Mix.
