generalzing what? There are alot of Xbox fans on this site that have that and I am asking why. I did not say ALL Xbox fans have that. I said the ones that do make it hard to take their post seriously in reference to other consoles.

Very true. By opening the door for Blu Ray and the cell (of course affecting cost), Sony allowed Microsoft to amass a larger fanbase off of Sony's former one that helped them sell even better than the 360 today at the start. The Xbox One wont outsell the Xbox 360 in the long run though. Once Halo and Gears ship out  unless Microsoft gains a new console selling IP the Xbox brand would've reached its peak in sales. Playstation survives off of making new IP's and amassing a wide variety so they are less predictable than Microsoft or Nintendo. Where Nintendo and Microsoft tend to have focused sales generated at certain games, Sony has many new games with their sales spread out. 

That being said, Sony missed a huge opportunity to dominate the 4th quarter with Uncharted bundles during the holiday season; however, much like Quantum Break I want my highest expected games of 2016 to be high in quality, so thats good for both the Xbox One and PS4. ;)

yea its a game I like. I does not say NINTENDO ELITE or something like that across the bottom. If some has a Halo pic, I think "cool they like Halo its a good game I can see that", I dont think they are biased because they have a game in there pic. If any Sony fans have it I would ask the same thing.

His says Nintendo is his favorite not that its the only one that matters. "Only on Xbox" means its the only brand that matters

Just so everyone is on the same page, do reviews matter again? A few weeks ago I was consistently told there was bias against sony and reviewers can't be trusted.

And please stop just counting the number of games because if windows 10 brings every phone game to XB1 are we going to count those? 90% of those small indie games are terrible and judged on a different scale. When we are talking AA and AAA games sony has had the lowest rated exclusives.

For the better games is always a metter of taste and opinions, in general, though I agree PS4 has more games, more variety, and better multiplatform games.

Hardware is more capable, yes, the Playstation Brand is far more popular, I agree.

But you know, MS have still a chance in NA and UK with their crazy deals in High Holiday Season to be competitive and try to recover some distance(only in NA and UK). But sure this Generation is over already in the Global, PS4 is too strong in ALL TERRITORIES; no chances for the others.

It will be like PS2 Gen(VS GC and XBox), simply with a bit less Market Share for PS4, because X1 is more competitive than XBox in NA and UK.

It happens to us all at some point. We're all human. Even I was apart the Wii60 stupidity where I had a banner and everything on my page. Then again, before that point I never owned a PS3. I was much younger back then and was taking an economics class in school so I thought this site was right up my alley. I wasnt loyal to any brand (and I am still not) but I was louder about it then. My policy this generation is just to own all consoles. I have one console left and I havent owned a Nintendo console since the 64. Once Starfox hits (my favorite Nintendo game ever) I'm about to rock out with my pilot wings.

Aggregate scores are useful to the populations understanding of positivity towards a product. Regardless of how you feel they do help consumers make decisions on their products. As arbitrary as they may seem, publishers know this and this is why they either try to embargo reviews or soften the blow for themselves in some way. Its because of things like this why Gamergate became such a huge thing. 

Once again, they are arbitrary, but they matter.

Reviews only seem to matter for bragging rights. Most PS fans only want BB to do well so XB fans will stop giving them shit. Driveclub, Destiny, Dying Light, AC: Unity all very good to great games that have mediocre reviews. I guess I could add Type-0 to that list, but I think its reviews are pretty good for what it is...

Most people I know are getting Bloodborne no matter what the reviews say... So I am convinced in this case it is definitly just about bragging rights (and Sales, reviews do affect sales and people want their to be a sequel)
