Maybe this is weird, but few thing take me out of a game or anime world more than characters in absurd outfits. I know it's a part of the fiction and all, but all I keep thinking is "literally no one would ever wear that outside of a cosplay convention, ever." Maybe I'm boring, but I'm going to have the most "normal" looking cast I can possibly have.

No wings. No Power Rangers battle suits. Just the most regular cloths I can find with decent stats.
