PS4 outselling Wii U almost 8:1

Consoles aren't quite dead yet in Japan...soon :^)

Giant PS4 boost. Dragon Quest (and this was just a spin-off even) reaffirms it's place among the top franchises in Japan.

Zelda holds nicely for now, but once it starts dropping off it'll be over. Let's see how close it'll get to OoT 3D. It might even have a fair chance of overtaking the original if it continues to do well!

Also wasn´t the slime thing a digital code? does MC track those?

MM3D doesn't need Japan to outsell OoT 3D, most of it's sales come in from US and Europe

Very good PS4 boost and expected numbers for Dragon Quest Heroes! Hope that PS4 will continue with a 20k baseline and that Dragon Quest Heroes will have legs and will reach 1M. PS3 got also a nice boost from Dragon Quest Heroes. Very impressive for a 9 years old console! And Dragonball Xenoverse has good legs, yeah! Good hold for PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS. Hope that PS Vita will still be over 20k next week and after that week over 28k thanks Digimon. And hope for God Eater 2: Rage Burst and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask to reach 400k in Japan!

That DQ PS3/PS4 ratio is really good.

Obviously, but I was talking in context of Japanese sales, so right now it needs about another 200k sales. Of course, we don't know digital of both, but that should be heavily in MM's favor. It's doing good there in Japan for now, and I'm definitely curious about Nintendo's next financial reports, to see what the real numbers are!

Man, the PS4 is killing it in Japan, seems like it will certainly be up YoY.
