Rugby players have protection too and many of them bulk up big time so they can take hits easily. By your logic rugby is for pussies compared to mma or street fighting. 

 

Anyway sadly I think my irish team will lose.  boring six nations so far and this match feels like the final after only 3 matches.

 

Delighted to beat France but the tournament has lost a lot of prestige with their decline and loss of flair in their playstyle 

 

Edit: put Ireland v England Rugby in the title.  Will make more people know what this thread is about

Agreed. It was much more interesting when France were a real force as well. Hopefully we get back to those days somewhen though.

It's weird because I used to complain about France winning it so much.  It's like celtic and rangers in Scotland.

france have the players, i think we all know it is the coaches fault i was talking to a few french people after the match and although slightly drunk we all agreed the coach is  shhhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite

Rugby is such a great sport, true team spirit, I used to play at school when in my teens. Have lot of friends who played at semi-pro level, the get together with both teams after matches were really great, being able to drink so much alcohol after the matches was truly mind-boggling!!!
