Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wii digital manuals are online pdfs (links included)

The European electronic manuals we have so far:

Comming soon:

And here all the manuals Japan currently has:

------
Original post:

I got my first digital Wii title today with MPT, and noticed that the game went to an url when I clicked on the manual,
and low a behold it opens the browser to the following address:
http://m1.nintendo.net/docvc/RVL/EUR/R3MP/R3MP_S.pdf (spanish version)

If you change the S to E it takes ya to the english manual:
http://m1.nintendo.net/docvc/RVL/EUR/R3MP/R3MP_E.pdf

Here's a crapy pic capturing the URL

Note sure if /RVL/EUR/R3MP/ means anything, the naming reminds me of the savefile folders the Wii used.
Maybe someone can browse the website for other titles xD

Still it's weird the manuals aren't packaged with the game, but instead they are linked online.
As with anything online, those pdfs will not be there forever.

Well, it's not in the game because they're just the original ISOs.
And I'm not sure if the Wii mode can open PDFs.

The root folders can't be accessed on the website.
The English link didn't work for me, this one works: http://m1.nintendo.net/docvc/RVL/EUR/R3MP/R3MP_E.pdf

And it's time to clean your GamePad

I didn't notice this in the videos I saw before, just thought it was funny when I saw it tonight.
And I'm also not sure if the Wii browser can do PDFs, don't remember. I suppose not.

The Gamepad is "clean", that's just a Hori screen protector that's already a year old (or is it two?),
but yeah seems like it got some air bubbles, I should change it already.

EDIT: Found out why the link didn't work....... there was a space at the end of the URL. This website is getting worse and worse.

I didn't buy SMG2 or DKCR since I already owned them, but someone else could find out the URL for you.

Yesterday while looking if anyone else had noticed this, I found Nintendo's site had a few WiiU manuals:

digital manuals on PC are bad enough (at least it's easy to alt-tab) but for console games? ugh...

WiiU digital manuals on the Gamepad are pretty great.

Have also only downloaded MP-Triology, but knowing the Codes I was able to find out the other Links:

Donkey Kong Country Returns

Super Mario Galaxy 2

http://m1.nintendo.net/docvc/RVL/EUR/SB4P/SB4P_E.pdf

Checked some additional stuff like Pandoras Tower and SMG1, but no success ...
