Might of missed it, but I'm surprised no one said Dragon Quest XIII on PS2. That game looks phenomenal to this day.

In general, I think Xbox had better graphics overall, PS2 had so many very good games and Gamecube had many masterpieces.

It, and cel shaded games like Wind Waker have an unfair advantage, imo.  They look like cartoons, it's hard to age a cartoon from 2000 anything.
