I think amiibo will continue to sell quite nicely with each game that comes out too, considering pretty much every game will make use of them. Also, new lines/waves will continue to release. And if an amiibo game is made, that should spike sales too.

But looking at google.. Amiibos is infact used.. on all the big game sides.. Amiibos has a nice ring to it

yep, amiibos is used by almost everyone except nintendo themselves

i've bought only 2 (star fox and yoshi) and they really need a hook for this, tho i think it's impressive how they're working them into everything now, as you say. amiibo could subsidize quality nintendo game-making for years to come! even without a dedicated or "killer" app (which there'll have to be eventually), they're outselling skylanders and matching infinity.

I'm scared about this. The success of the wii and their focus on motion controls was bad enough. The wii u selling poorly was the best thing to ever happen for quality nintendo games. Now if amiibos really take off it could give nintendo a reason to stop focusing on quality nintendo games.

yep. in aus we havent really had a restock after initial shipments. if you dont get them day one or two thats basically it
