Good thing it's already in threes because it just so happens that there are exactly 3 games tied for my favorite:

the last of us also, i know this is kind of casual, and a bit looked down upon on hardcore sites like these, but call of duty: world at war had a great sound track and i love that game.

I actually feel the same way. World at War was the only Call of Duty game where I actually looked up one of the tracks because it was really catchy. Too bad most other CoD soundtracks are very forgettable. 

I thought the Black Ops 2 soundtrack was pretty good.
