Yay! Tied for my favorite for 2014. A strong Mario Kart entry.

The only issue is battle mode. For everything else this is the best Mario Kart ever, even battle mode is fun online.

Mario Kart 8 isn't my favorite Wii U game of 2014, let alone my overall GOTY, but it is up there and it's very deserving. This is a game that's going to thrive for years to come and provide countless hours of entertainment.

2014 was a fantastic year for videogaming, in therms of software. Many many great games in all platforms.

I wouldn´t choose MK8 as Game of The Year, but it sure it is one of the best games this year and a game that people will still be buying and playing years from now. A fun multiplayer experience like few games can provide.
And we still don´t know much about the download pack #2..... new tracks are coming, new vehicles. Who knows if they´re making something else in the future for it?
