XBOX ONE have outsold PS4 in two NPD.

December 2013, and November 2014. Have massive chance for outsold PS4 even this December.

But, after the holiday, XBO price will back 399,99$, equal to PS4, so, at 99% PS4 will win Jenuary NPD.

In any case, the point of this thread is if XBO can outsold PS4 in a NPD, withouth November or December...

In my opinion, it can, but only if Microsoft will release a KA for XBOX like Gears of War or Halo in a normal month. (if Halo 5/Gears 4 will release in September or March, i'm sure that XBO will win)

Don't think that pricedrop can break PS4 number, ineed in June PS4 have won by +70,000.

Their next best chance is when Halo 5 comes out, but doesn't necessarily mean they will still outsell it then either.

So long as they have hotly anticipated games release in non-holiday timeframes and stay close in marketshare within the US then yes they can.

They almost did this February (258k to 268k) thanks to tax returns, so maybe they could do it in Feb 2015. Maybe.

I agree with this but you may never know if there are other factors that might help it outsell the PS4.

...XBO usually sell less than PS4 when for it don't released game, so, in my opinion first Q1 2015 PS4 have first place confirmed in home console ( Only 3DS can beat PS4 with the new version released )
