I'm French, In the interview, Philippe Lavoué From Nintendo France said they expect it to reach 60K at years end. And that the game is a lot more frontloaded in sales compared to games like MK8 or SSBU.

So as of today, it's 60K shipped, not sold (but probably ~50K sold).
