Of course it's shipped since they expect it to be 60K at years end, so as of today, we can easily consider that it is 60K shipped.
Though, it did more than 10-15K first week in my opinion (it also means FIFA14 (ps3/ps4) and SSB3DS were kinda undertracked too since they were above Bayo2 in the GfK/SELL chart), and it's probably around 45 or 50K as of the end of November. No retailers are going to buy copies if they don't sell any, so soon, those 60K shipped will be sold (year's end is the Nintendo France estimate)
