Hino confirmed during a White Knight Chronicles II live stream this morning. 

The Level-5-developed PlayStation 3 title was being live streamed as the game is free for PlayStation Plus subscribers in Japan this month. Akihiro Hino appeared as a guest.

During the program, Hino said that that he’d like to make an epic game that exceeds the scale of White Knight Chronicles.

Those are the only options I can see if they are announcing it. If they were being code monkeys for someone else (DQXI, DC3, WKC3, etc) then I think the publisher (SE, Sony) would announce it.

Edit : Nvm, i didn't see it. But i think Dark chronicles can be a probable choice.

When the words exceed the scale of white knight chronicles, I automatically think, not Ni No Kuni, more like massive world RPG game.

Level 5 is so good, any of the games mentioned here in this thread already will make me smile. Rogue Galaxy 2 would be a little sweeter though ;)

If i can decide i would go for a new ip or Rogue Galaxy 2. Thats if the game is Sony/Level5 project. If its a SquareE/Level5 i would say Dragon Quest XI without losing a nanosecond.
