Ditto, it's looking fantastic.
Xenoblade X, Splatoon, Captain Toad, Yoshi's Woolly World, Zelda, F.A.S.T. Racing Neo, (which you missed by the way, OP) Devil's Third, and 90s Arcade Racer are all on my radar.

Just give me Xenoblade X now to restore some faith in gaming pls!!!

did Smash not tickle your fancy?

Smash isnt out yet for me. And when it is I will be smashing all day.

I say Xeno because good JRPGs are nearly extinct, so I have high hopes for this game.

I like it a lot. The only title which is a must have for me is Xenoblade. All the others range from "might" to "need to know more".

Splatoon, Yoshi, and Mario Party 10 have my attention.

And don't forget Fast Racing Neo, as one of the above posts states.

Splatoon will not be a multi-million dollar game, the development time is too short. Project Guard, is that even a retail game? No, none of those are big enough. Despite what you say, Splatoon is not a hardcore game, it looks like de Blob for Wii, and how well did that sell? Exactly.

XenoBlade is a sequel, I'm excited for that game yes, but JRPG's in general don't move consoles/appeal to most gamers.

Captain Toad is based off a mini-game in 3D Worlds. It's not a major game.

Also while technically a spinoff, stuff like Mario Kart, Donkey Kong Country and Smash Bros are Nintendo's biggest franchises. Nintendo needs to make more of these, they can't continue to rely on 90's IP's.

-----

I'm not even asking for something big, just something new and good like Metroid Prime was. I don't think games with a 1-1.5 year development time like Project Guard or Captain Toad are as good of a game as something like XenoBlade Chronicles, Zelda, or Metroid Prime, each having a 2-3 year development time.

I'm not saying they need Resident Evil 7 to be exclusive, but they need something different. Nintendo is king for local multiplayer, maybe they can have something like Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, or heck localize Dragon Quest X. A Kingdom Hearts exclusive would be amazing, and so would a new IP from Retro Studio's. I think if Retro made a new IP, that would be epic, but at the same time I do want another Metroid.

All I'm saying is that you can't always tell how "big" a game is or will be before it releases. Again. Pokemon. The company making it almost went bankrupt, the game was almost cancelled, people worke without pay. Now it's one of the biggest franchises on the market, and the first game was one of the best selling of all time. As for things on the scale of what I think you're talking about, Fire Emblem x Shin Megami Tensei has been in the works for years, and while FE is done before, we don't really know how it will interact with SMT, or what game it will resemble more. Rodea was in the works for years, but apparently it doesn't matter because it was delayed and believed canceled for so long that everyone forgot it. Bayonetta is new to Nintendo and that was about on your scale. Hyrule Warriors was sort of new too. All of those are mostly efforts of third parties working with Nintendo while Nintendo publishes, so second party essentially.

As for new Metroid games, I want them too. I do genuinely believe they're coming, but I think we'll see them 2016, for the 30th anniversary. Development on them probably only started recently. That's not entirely baseless speculation on my part either, just me looking at when those articles came out about considering how to go forward with the series, which implied that they were in the first phases of developing two different games, one for the Super Metroid style and one for the Prime style.

Splatoon is NOT like de Blob. That was more of a platform puzzler. Splatoon is a shooter. The fact that both involve colorful ink in some way does not make them the same. Know why de Blob didn't sell? Because no one gave a shit about it for even a second. I remember precisely zero hype surrounding that game. Splatoon already has hype, and has had hype since its announcement. It's also a completely different game mechanics wise. Give it a chance.

Oh, another Zombie game though :/ I doubt i'll want another zombie game after Dying Light.

They need to get the price down to $150 and have a real E3 Conference again in 2015, then the console might get some kind of second life.

Hey, another game coming in 2015, that many people may have missed:

Rodea: The Sky Soldier

Not sure if it will be localized, but let´s cross our fingers again !
